Meet Our Board

Jennifer holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in international communications and psychology and works with franchise organizations, start-up companies, and clients going through restructuring or organizational change. She is also a career coach and holds her certification in Alternative Dispute Resolution/Mediation. Jennifer is married to Bill and they have a beautiful daughter whom they adopted at birth. They speak openly about adoption and have taken leadership roles in local adoption support groups. They are active volunteers in their church, community, and with several nonprofits with a focus on supporting children, women, and creating healthy families.
