Certificate of Citizenship for Your Internationally Adopted Child, contains information on how to obtain a certificate if your child has an IR-3 or IH-3 visa and have not received a certificate of citizenship from USCIS within 50 days of your child’s entry into the U.S.
Application for Certificate of Citizenship, N-600 form. For use only for children entering under an IR-4 or IH-4 visa. NOTE: you will have needed to finalized the adoption in your local (usually family) court prior to submitting the N-600.
