Tina Richardson - MCJ, LCPAA

Director of Social Services, Texas, and Social Worker

Role & Responsibility: I serve as the Director of Social Services for IFS and hold the title of LCPAA, (Licensed Child Placement Agency Administrator).

Part if the IFS Team Since: 2016

Little Known Facts about Me: I grew up in a small community in Ohio before my parent’s adventures took me to the heart of Central Texas in 1995. I graduated the quintessential small-town Texas high school and continued my education at the University of Mary-Hardin Baylor, graduating in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.

My interest in helping others and serving in the field of social services began during my college years.  I started the field working as direct care staff in a residential treatment center which soon progressed to a case management position with a private foster care agency.

In 2006, I pursued my education at Tarleton State University and graduated with a Master of Science in Criminal Justice in 2008.  I have field experience as a Child Protective Services Investigator with the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, parole officer with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, and Administrator in the private sector of foster care.

Family and Interests: I’m a mother of six children and enjoy breeding German Shepherds, being outdoors and taking spontaneous adventures.
